We hired ProCheck to assess our basement walls. Tre came out and did a very thorough inspection and wrote a detailed report which we were able to use to get quotes for repairs. The office was very easy to deal with: very clear on communication, timely, upfront about fees, etc. Hopefully we don't need another engineer's report for our home... but if we did, we would use ProCheck again!

I highly recommend ProCheck Engineering! We hired them to inspect a 4200 s.f. home we were purchasing and had a great experience throughout every step of process. The receptionist that took my initial call was very professional and helpful. We were on a tight schedule because of a quick closing date. Alan and his team did a great job of correcting high levels of Radon in our home. We purchased our home 5 years ago, and discovered high levels at closing. Sellers added a mitigation system, but to our surprise, was very poorly installed and did not reduce levels as required. New system reduced to a .8 reading over the last 5 days. Highly recommend the Pro Check team for radon mitigation.

I had purchased what I thought was going to be a structural engineer inspection for the house I was in contract on. The engineer came in and only inspected one wall in the basement. I had to stop him on his way out to have him look at the rest of the foundational issues and floor joists. For $440 I would have expected to get a structural inspection of the entire property and a detailed report, neither of which happened. Instead, I found myself guiding the engineer throughout the house like I was expert on structural issues. Extremely disappointed and glad he wasn’t early or I wouldn’t have

Got a structural inspection to prepare for repairing some bowing in my foundation walls. Tre did a thorough job determining the condition of my foundation more than any other company that has come out. He provided very good recommendations, clear instructions on where to put the I-beams and how to resolve some of the more complex placement issues. Plus he was pleasant and professional. I'm doing this project in preparation for selling my home. I know that for the next home I will buy, I'll get inspected by ProCheck.
