Croy was founded in 2005 by Jim Croy, Sr. with only 15 employees. More than 15 years later, our Georgia-based firm has grown to 120 employees across four Southeastern states. An added testament to our firm's success, Croy's Huntsville office celebrated 10 years in operation in 2020.

Our seasoned professionals, supported by a growing group of emerging leaders, has helped Croy keep its commitment to serve our clients and local communities through innovative and thoughtful design. Our Founder and CEO, Jim's engineering vision can be found across the state of Georgia - from his roles as a former DOT, SRTA, and GRTA head to his work building Croy into a multi-discpline, award-winning firm.
As a leading aviation consulting firm, we manage and inspect more than 30 airports across the Southeast. We know that airport engineering, design, and planning projects are long-term and require a cohesive strategy to execute. At Croy, we're a full-service firm that provides everything you need in-house.
Schedule and budget are important pieces of a successful project, but community understanding is the cornerstone, and the construction phase is the public's first look. Let us interface with property owners, contractors, and utility providers to build relationships, explain processes, and reduce risks personally and proactively.
Obtaining land, right-of-way, or easements can cause significant delays in your project's schedule, which can result in unforeseen costs and headaches. It doesn't have to be this way. Our team of licensed professionals knows the regulations that govern land acquisition, relocation requirements, negotiations, and public coordination.
