We got our start working on fleet trucks for The Overhead Door Company. From there, we moved up the road to a 5,000 sq. Had tie rods replaced recently and after a look over of the car’s front and rear brakes it looked like they needed repair.
Came in on 1/24 to get front and rear brakes replaced. Got a call telling me that, after a complete inspection, the rear brakes were OK! Great news!!
How many other car repair places would have just gone ahead and completed my request to repair the front AND REAR BRAKES. All of them!
Most professional and honest business I’ve every worked with. Thanks guys! I’ll keep coming back.

I worked with Brandon from Professional Automotive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just great to work with all around. My car would occasionally stahl and I didn’t know why. Brandon was able to get me in quickly…the next day…diagnose and fix the problem, and send me on my way. Brandon maintained a high level of communication during the process, which I appreciated. Me and my family will be back for sure as my car needs arise.

Brought my 2008 Civic in with a bunch of issues - two worn-out engine mounts, broken a/c, TPMS light on, and in need of an oil change. The team fixed everything and got it back to me the next day! Prices were very reasonable and significantly cheaper than the dealership. Communication was excellent. I’ve been looking for a good independent mechanic and will be coming here from now on.

Brandon and the crew at Professional are incredible. They tell you exactly what's wrong, don't try to upsell, are prompt, kind, and quick. I cannot emphasize enough how much less stress there has been when we've needed to have our cars looked at.
When your vehicle gets it's initial inspection, you get a text message with a link to view the results including pictures and comments. Shortly after, Brandon will call and explain the findings and price. Very, very quickly they'll have the service(s) turned around and get you back to your vehicle.

I had a gas leak. Although the cost to repair it was more than I anticipated,, Brad was super nice and kept me informed. They had my car overnight and I was able to pick it up the next day. It's been running really well since. They were very busy and unable to do my oil change, so Brad told me that I can bring it back and they will allow me to use the new customer synthetic oil change discount. I hope to do that within a week. I am really pleased with the service I received there. I would highly recommend Professional Auto!

- My oil change was done in much shorter time than I expected.
