The Letnick Law Firm, PLC is a family-owned and operated law firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Our office is within close driving distance to the courthouses of Fairfax County, Prince William County, and Loudoun County where we regularly practice. Going through a divorce is a difficult time for all parties in involved. In determining custody and visitation of a minor child, the court gives primary consideration to the best interests of the child while maintaining a presumption that it is in the best interest of the children to award custody to parents.

I had the pleasure of Jeremy Letnick representing me for a reckless driving ticket. Jeremy was kind, easy to talk to and eased every last question and concern. He explained what would also likely happen if I tried to represent myself presenting me with the full lay of the land. He was successful in getting my reckless (which is a misdemeanor) reduced to a driving infraction and a $200 fine. Literally one of the best decisions I've ever made and enjoyed my conversation with a genuinely nice man in the process. You can't go wrong with him!

Great help with a speeding ticket. He went to court, made sure I didn't get any points on my license, got it reduced from a moving violation, and made sure all I had to do to resolve it was pay a fine. He communicated status updates regularly. Overall he was friendly, professional, thorough, and effective.

Mr. Jeremy Letnick represented me for driving with an expired license. I highly recommend him! He was responsive, insightful, informative and knew exactly what we needed to do to get the case dismissed. When I reached out to him he always responded promptly with clear directions and I felt confident and clear as to what I needed to do. On my court date he handled everything all I had to do was show up. I hope I don’t need an attorney again but if I ever do I know who to call!

Jeremy was very attentive from the beginning, took my call, assured me, immediately gave my case the kind of attention to detail I wanted to hear. I felt very secure after hanging up the phone. I sent the documents he requested. On court date he appeared for me. Got my reckless driving reduced to a failure to obey highway sign. No points, no misdemeanor, low fine. He is very professional. I was charged with reckless driving (94/55). First charge I ever received so I was initially very nervous. Attorney Letnick lead me through the entire process and provided me with good driving class resources. I appeared with him on my court date and he got my charge reduced to a 91/55 with a fine. That was a perfect win to me since I didn’t get any points, no misdemeanor charge, and a pretty low fine. I am extremely satisfied with the result and definitely recommend him.

I reviewed many lawyers online and narrowed down to three lawyers. When I talked to all three lawyers, they all had different approach and understanding of the court proceeding. First, Jeremy Letnick was personable, calm, and not judgmental. And he seem to give the most honest answer based on his experience. He told us what our likelihood of our case going to trial, and what we can expect.

Jeremy Letnick recently represented me on a traffic case. He was frank and honest, and he let me know ahead of time of the different scenarios I may have for my results. So, even before the court date, I felt like I was in good hands. Jeremy appeared in court for me, so I didn't have to deal with waiting for my case to be called.
