Landscaping One, Inc. is a family owned and operated company established in 1996 by Al and Cindy Downs. Cindy's husband, Lee Emerson is a financial specialist with over 40+ years of experience. A.J.'s wife, Courtnie is a teacher at Mashburn Elementary School; they have a beautiful daughter named Everlee.
A.J. is a graduate of North Georgia College and State University and has a passion for the landscaping and irrigation industry. He is certified by the Georgia Soil and Water Commission, he is a "Nationally Certified" Irrigation Contractor and repair specialist., as well as a "Nationally Certified" Irrigation Auditor with the Irrigation Association.

AJ and his crew are incredibly professional and go over and beyond with their support. I called in a panic and AJ tried to troubleshoot over the phone. I couldn't figure it out so AJ came the very next day and fixed the issue very quickly. AJ and his crew treated me and my property with the utmost respect. Once completed, AJ was detailed in his explanation of the issue and took the time to answer all my questions. I oversee my company's Customer Service Team and AJ & his crew are people I would be honored to have on my team. I would recommend them to anyone with irrigation issues.
