We recently listed my deceased mother's house in Woodbury with Joyce Drakeley and she had it sold in about a week. She listed it on a Wednesday and started showing it the following day. A week later, we had an acceptable offer and went with that. She went out of her way to make the process easy for us and kept us informed of developments in the process as well as showings by text message daily. If I had a question, she texted or returned my calls promptly. At the end, we had to remove a few bulky items from the property and she got her grandson to help me get them loaded on a trailer

Many days later and I am here to speak the truth. I went with my relator from another agency to see a house that was being listed by Drakeley Real-Estate. Upon arrival my relator went in to greet to what she thought was the family. Come to find out it was the end of showing and it was not the home owners. The female Drakeley Real Estate agent said to my agent "get out of the house this is my showing". My relator came out all distraught and shocked by the way she was treated.
We really liked the house and pursued it anyways. Come to find out it failed inspection and we backed out to due major repairs

My husband and I were visiting family in Connecticut. We had a few days to look at real estate, as we are thinking about relocating from the West Coast. Anyway, we saw a house one morning and decided to drive out to see it. We liked it and wanted to have a closer look. We called the number on the For Sale sign. When we were first time home buyers, the very first house we wanted to look at was represented by Drakeley Real Estate. We arrived a few minutes early and the agent wasn't there yet. No problem, we were early. Well 40 minutes goes by, still no agent. I call the office and they play dumb as to why he isn't there. It's a Drakeley that is supposed to be meeting us. We decided to leave. We never heard from them as to why they never came. We are selling our house and are not using them. I feel they are more concerned with more expensive houses and don't want to be bothered with us
