The Homeowners Impact Fund was created as a way for people to give a little that would add up to a lot at each home closing in your community. The vision is to collect funds from every real estate transaction. Each participant in the closing of a home purchase will be asked for a small donation. The collected donations will be given to reputable organizations in the community with a goal to end homelessness.
