Services
Since our founding in 1977, EEA has grown from our initial energy conservation service to provide full MEP design, Commissioning, and support services across all sectors. In all of our interactions, we focus on hearing our client's needs and creating long term value that lives beyond the individual project.
EEA has more than 40 years' experience designing, commissioning, modeling, and troubleshooting building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Our extensive experience covers a broad range of system types and applications, allowing us to advise our clients on solutions appropriate to their needs.
Too often building occupants move into a space at the end of construction only to discover building systems not operating as intended, specifically HVAC, lighting, and domestic hot water. Our quality-focused, systematic commissioning process ensures that systems are functioning correctly at the time of building turnover.
We integrate with our clients to understand processes, products, pain points, specifications, and design standards. We provide creative designs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. We have extensive experience with hazardous occupancies and hazardous materials, and understand the regulatory and code requirements for these situations.
EEA understands the immense stress rising energy and water costs can place on businesses and public entities. That is why we have been devoted to energy conservation and efficiency since our founding. With more than four decades of experience in energy conservation auditing, design, and implementation, EEA can identify energy saving opportunities and update your systems to reduce costs and meet your organization's sustainability goals.
