My name is Tom and I am a storyteller based in Worcester, MA. There are a lot of reasons to get into photography but it has always been about the storytelling aspect for me. If you get to know me (and I hope that you do) then this isn't too much of a shocker. I spent years in the magazine and newspaper industry as a photographer (and writer).
I came away from those experiences with the firm belief that everybody has a story to tell. Whether you are here because you are looking for somebody to document your family, wedding, or senior year; just know that my goal is to do exactly that- document! You can count on a laid-back session with a lot of laughs.

What can you say about family? Whether it's the one that you were born into or the one that you created, there are very few relationships that come close to what you have with your family. We often think about our family as something that never changes but we know that isn't true. Our families are dynamic and in a constant state of change.
They're so easy and convenient to buy and they allow the receiver to use them whenever they want. An Amazon or Olive Garden gift card might be the perfect easy out for a coworker or that hard-to-shop-for cousin, but what about the people who you love. You want to get something that they can use when they want to but you also want to give them something that has a little bit more meaning.
Weddings are huge. They represent so much in our lives and in the lives of our loved ones. They will be one of the happiest days of our lives. Photography is one of the most important investments you will make and it is important to connect with a photographer whose style speaks to you. I provide documentary wedding photography in New England and beyond.
There are a ton of reasons to go small when planning a wedding celebration and all of them are valid. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding celebration to skip the stress, the massive bill, or just so you can be more present in the moment- the pinnacle of your love story deserves to be told with passion.
The whole engagement experience is one of the best parts about being in a relationship- it is a time of celebration and happiness with so much to look forward to. Tom did a fantastic job photographing both our engagement shoot and our wedding. We are both awkward and camera shy, and Tom made us feel very comfortable. All of the photographs came out amazing. We also used his print company to order high quality prints and can't recommend that enough. Thank you for such a pleasant experience - we will cherish these photos forever!

Tom and SiEun are AMAZING. They were SO easy to work with and really fun to hang out with! They photographed our wedding, engagement photos, and family photos. Each time the photos blow us away. Tom was the best hire we made during the entire wedding process. And when we completely changed our plans four weeks before the big day due to COVID, Tom rolled with the punches and was very flexible. We cannot recommend Tom and SiEun highly enough!

Tom Godfrey is a wonderful photographer!! We have worked with him twice now. Most recently, he met us at our location to photograph my immediate family and my large extended family (ages 6 months to 76). He did an amazing job with our group -- we were 14 people altogether. Tom was very easy going, so the photo session felt very comfortable. Tom was great with the kids -- we had 4 young children with us and they all stood nicely and smiled. Tom carefully chose a nice level spot for us with a lovely background and the most perfect lighting. The photos came out absolutely beautiful -- I can't

I was looking for someone to shoot graduation pictures in Worcester and contacted four people and Tom was the most responsive and flexible. He is professional and so good at what he does! He even asks you what kind of pictures you would like and does his research. He is the kind of photographer that can give ideas on poses and not everyone does that. Highly recommended!

Tom photographed our wedding and it was everything we could have asked for and more. He was quick to respond and always available in the months leading up. He is experienced, knowledgeable and answered many questions about our special day before we even asked. We found Tom's presence relaxing and he was extremely flexible and attentive which is really valuable during what can be a stressful time. The photos came out incredibly, he got so many amazingly candid shots of family and friends (and us!) that we'll treasure forever.

We hired Tom for our real estate photos. He was incredibly friendly and professional. We were in a rush to get our house on the market and he even went out of his way to make sure we got our photos in less than 24 hours. Compared to other real estate photographers, Tom's prices were incredibly fair and he spent adequate time making sure he got the lighting right in each room. We ended up selling our house FSBO in 2 days and can attribute some of that to Tom's wonderful photos. I definitely would recommend.

I was looking to get a professional headshot. Found Tom through Google and he seemed to be the best value for money. While he was offering a 60 min headshot session with 4 pics, most others were doing 30 mins and would provide me with just one pic and the option to buy more. To top that, Tom was charging close to half!
The session was easy going, Tom was super professional and I LOVED the pics! I didn't count but Tom probably made 30+ pics available for no extra charge.
