Our high standards enable us to provide the devoted care that your pet deserves. We know trusting your pet's health with a stranger can be difficult, which is why we make our best effort to get to know our clients and patients on a more personal level. We implement diagnostic imaging alongside laboratory services to provide clients with a well-defined diagnosis.
Kim is originally from Pine Bluff, AR where she graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 2009. She moved to El Dorado in 2012 with her husband Zach. She joined the clinic in 2017. One year later she started attending Penn Foster College to obtain her Veterinary Technician Associate's Degree and anticipates graduating late fall/winter of 2021.

In providing general pet medicine, our veterinary staff is capable of diagnosing and treating a variety of pet medical needs. Our approach to diagnostic and therapeutic services is meant to allow you and your pet increased comfort while maintaining confidence that you are in capable hands. At our veterinary office, we take corresponding safety precautions and observe all sanitation standards.
Most pet owners are unaware that scratching, licking, biting, and chewing are tell-tale signs of an underlying skin problem. While there are over 150 different skin diseases that can affect pets, managing skin problems is possible. Skin disease or irritation can cause distress. To relieve that suffering, we offer dermatological testing and treatment that can help your pet live comfortably.

They literally let my Mother’s dog die! My brother tried to get the little dog in for an appointment for a bad cough, Goodwin Animal Clinic could not see him for 14 days! My brother took him to another Vet two hours away, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and given meds by a very kind Vet. The little dog died in the car on the way home. If only Goodwins so called Animal Hospital had, had time to see him. My brother proactively called to cancel his next regular appointment for this week since he was now dead. This is a very good clinic. The staff is friendly and professional and have taken care of all our pets for over 10 years.
They also have tender hearts. When my old golden retriever had to be put down, they recognized how hard it was for me. After they gently shaved her leg and administered the injection, the doctor said that she would leave me alone with her as she passed away. 5 years later, I still cry trying to write this but 5 years later I am also grateful for their compassion.

The doctors and staff at Goodwin are THE BEST! They have taken excellent care of many of our fur babies, from getting spade or neutered, having 1 put to sleep, keeping one over night, to getting 9 puppies first shots! They are great at EVERYTHING they do, for every stage of your pets life! Thank you everyone at Goodwins for caring for our pets the way we would!!

I have six dogs, so I frequent Goodwin Animal Clinic often. They’ve helped me from regular annual shots visits to emergency situations. They always are professional and very caring. They love my dogs like their own. During this pandemic, they’ve thought outside of the box to care for my pets with curbside pickup and while I waited in my car, the vet actually called me to give an update on my pet. I love Goodwin’s!
