I had called JD Express because I thought I needed a new garbage disposal. When Jordan arrived, he checked everything out, and told me he couldn't take my money because a new disposal was not needed. I couldn't be more grateful for his honesty, and would recommend him without hesitation.

If you need any plumbing work done, Mike is the man to call.
He showed up!!! He showed up early!! I have been trying to get
someone to come for months and no one ever showed up.
Mike was kind, courteous and clean. He replaced my 50 gallon
Water heater and 2 bathtub spouts and I am thrilled.

Jordan just installed new water line and washer box and refrigerator ice maker water box and he did an excellent job. Very professional as well as courteous and prompt. He cares about his work and told us to call anytime with any questions or concerns. He Charged a fair price and completed the work in a timely matter. We need a new water heater next and we’ll definitely have him do the work.
