Services
Kelly has strong ties to Fresno and the San Joaquin Valley and was born, raised and educated locally. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from CSUF in 1978. Upon graduation he immediately went to work for a large local accounting firm and obtained his CPA license. After six years with the firm Kelly went into private practice and recently partnered up with his son Brandon to form DiPinto & DiPinto, LLP.
