You make the selections, you customize all of the details to fit your life. You make it yours. Start with the Kitchen, the hub of activity in your home. With our help, you get to design it from the flooring to the lighting and everything in between. Gas or electric. With a dedicated single point of contact for the duration of your build, you stay in the loop from start to finish.
We'll let you know what is included in your allowance and where overages could be possible. If you change your mind on certain items, we'll walk you through the process of changing your order. We'll collect the $5000 deposit - everything is final. The $5,000 deposit is for land if you're purchasing a lot from Eagle Creek Homes, or a $5,000 deposit for construction if we are building on your lot.

This review is based on interaction with one employee from Eagle Creek, and I did not end up building a new home with them.
We reached out to Eagle Creek in Nov 2020 with interest in building on one of their lots. After giving us the run-around for almost two months before we got a quote on the floorplan/lot we wanted, our sales rep told us the one and only lot we were interested in from the beginning was “not available” with no explanation. I asked for a ballpark starting price in my initial correspondence with them, and they told me they “don’t work like that because they are completely

Moved into our home March 2020. After moving in and due to Covid, we understood there would be delays in fixing some of the issues that we found upon moving in, however we still have several of the same issues and EC has historically been unresponsive in addressing those concerns. We have issues with finishes, Cabinets throughout the home, items not being painted, etc - things that are supposedly covered under "warranty. My husband has several text conversations to verify. We had no "One Year" appointment like we were told we would have to address. We were also told before we even finished our
