Absolutely horrific experience renting through Messina. Ended up having to "mutually" terminate our lease because of repeated complaints from the upstairs neighbor about our dog. (An emotional support animal approved by broker, extra deposit paid and everything.) The ordeal caused us great distress with the broker doing little to alleviate the neighbor's rage and shaming us by sending emails using phrases such as, "the owner is getting irritated." This all started a few days after we moved in. Being homeless for a few days was far less stressful than having to deal with Messina. Seriously. Don
