I just got sentenced today in Federal Court. The fact that I'm writing this google review is testament as to the sentence of probation I received instead of the initial 5-40 year sentence the Feds were wanting to give me. I can't say enough about Dustin. I was first charged in state court and Dustin helped me fight it for over a year. After a year the Fed's took over the case and started the entire process again. Dustin knew my financial situation and he absolutely refused to take any more money from me. My co-defendant had to pay his lawyer $25,000 just to take the case in a Federal Court. So

Dustin Phillips is honestly the best lawyer I've ever seen in action. He's been my daughterss lawyer since January. She started with 34 felony charges and just today got 22 of them dismissed. When selecting an attorney, I wanted someone who was cool, calm, and collective but would fight for my freedom aggressively. Choosing Dustin Phillips was the best decision I have ever made. Not only did he whole heartedly believe my innocence but he proved it to a jury of my peers with a not guilty verdict.
