Streamline Defense is a privately held, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL. Streamline was founded in 2007 with a single employee supporting the development advanced Command and Control (C2) for a warfighting Combatant Command (COCOM). We have since grown to over 100 employees supporting multiple Special Operations and IC efforts at locations across the globe.

Streamline Defense provides certified Cybersecurity support for a variety of networks to include terrestrial and airborne systems. We design and execute IT security audits, penetration testing, mission oriented technical risk assessment, architecture security analysis, and system configuration audits.
Providing multiple critical skill sets, our analysts have direct experience supporting real-world contingency operations. Whether they are developing strategic collection plans, providing insight to emerging threats and technologies, or developing input for a daily leadership update, our analyst are 100% focused on your mission's success.
Streamline provides multidisciplinary engineering support to determine the technical requirements in the acquisition, development, and sustainment of weapon systems, sub-systems, support systems, and emerging capabilities to support the warfighter.

Our team applies a number of diverse engineering practices, techniques, and processes to identify and resolve difficult issues, as well as ensure resolutions are consistent with program objectives, existing policies, and procedures.
SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
