Five stars simply for how they handled Auto Shoppers America! 😂
Overly rude and demanding customers who don't follow the path to a solution (a simple path that was provided) because they're too angry only make things worse for themselves.
I think I will do business with Mega Prints because of that review. It seems Mega Prints went out of their way to try and make it right and that's what I like to see in a company.

CENCAL Demolition has been doing business with Mega-Prints for several years and their product(s) and customer service has exceeded every expectation. Being able to speak to their Customer Service Manager, Taharea Contreras about our company needs and her knowledge of their products and services is a huge relief that our order will be fullfilled accurately and in a timely manner. I've been in business for 20 years and this is by far the worst sign company I've ever delt with. I ordered 6 pole banners on 3/6/17 and they said they would have all 6 made and installed by 3/10/17. The original contact agreement was for $3,346. They said they needed half for a deposit and the other half once everything is completed. I agreed and paid them. They came on 3/10/17 installed one banner the wrong way and made a mess. They left without saying anything. Now it's 4/10/17 and they still haven't completed the job. On top of it they took my original banners that I paid a lot of money for

Called 2x, sent email for a quote. Said they'd get back to me but a week later , no response. Guess they don't need the business.

I love Mega Prints! I've been coming to them for signs for my shop for years. The staff is great and so is the owner. It's definitely a family-owned business--you can feel the care put into the work. The price is decent and you get quality product. I'll never go anywhere else.

I have never felt more at home/ welcome when doing business. The employees were not only friendly but seriously made my day by how welcoming they were to me. I had a last minute order from my boss and they made it happen! I will definitely be back! Thank you guys sooooo much!
