I called to inquire how much does it cost to make a replacement retainer because it got lost. She told me it's going to be the same cost ( which was $200 when we first had it done.) So I setup an appointment and when my girlfriend got there they told her it's going to cost $300 to replace it. They even deny they said $200 on the phone. I told them I can playback our recorded conversation but still they insist it's $300. Worst experience ever.

I have seen several dentists for years. Some have drilled my teeth and left them, some have told me I had no choice but to get braces to close a gap, others who told me I was out of luck, nothing can be done. Others that wanted 7000.00 to put Implants in the front and so on. Smiles of Elgin, specifically Dr. Bansal is the only person who helped me. Upon my first visit, he fixed others mistakes, came up with reasonable solutions and offered suggestions that no other Dentist has. All within a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptional, the nicest staff in a dental office I've ever experienced

I am obsessed with this dentist office. THEEEE nicest people work here. Shout out to my Sasha!!!!! She makes every single visit the best visit!!!🤜🏻🤛🏻💕 My teeth look and feel great! NEVER have I loved a receptionist so much!!! The dentist here are wonderful and caring and great at what they do! In my opinion everyone should go get a gorgeous smile here. 😁😁😁

After 5 years they call me to tell me that I was due for a cleaning (Soliciting business). They were very rude and hung up the phone on me after I asked them to remove from their phone list. When I called back and asked to speak to the dentist it was 5 pm they told me the office was closed. Funny thing, when I looked them up online it said that the office hours were until 6 pm, sounds like someone was lying trying to keep me from telling the Doctor what she did. If this is the way they do business I don't want any part of this Dental office.

I recently visited Smiles of Elgin for my 6 month teeth cleaning and to have 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I was hesitant about all that teeth pulling, but everyone at the office was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I thought that the Hygienist was very thorough. The next visit I met with the Doctor, and he was very friendly and made sure my procedure was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Smiles of Elgin!

I had no trouble when I came here the office staff and dentist were all kind and thorough they did not push any extra exams or x-rays on me when I came. I had a problem they x-rayed only the area affected and fixed just the area affected. later they did call to see if I needed a cleaning but they are not pushy in any way

My issue is with the office not the Dentist. I was told on 2 occasions that my insurance company would cover work that they did then AFTER the work was done they told me it wasn't covered and that I had to pay out of pocket. The second time that it happened I asked them to make sure that it was going to be covered because I didn't want to go through the same thing that happened last time. 2 months later I received a bill for the work with the explanation that it wasn't covered. I told them that office person assured me that the insurance company said that it would be covered and

This dentist office is just ok. The office staff is nice, and the dentist was also nice. But we were the last appointment of the day and it definitely felt like it. I felt like they were in a rush to get us out of there. The dentist didn't even floss my teeth, I've never been to a dentist that didn't floss my teeth.
So, go here if it's what your insurance covers but if you have other options I'd try them out first.
