I scheduled THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS with Xochitl (the owner) and THREE SEPARATE TIMES they didn't show up. Maybe I'm the crazy one for rescheduling with a business that didn't show up to the first two clearly scheduled appointments, but I tried to give them another chance and was repaid with more of my time wasted. This wasn't a miscommunication - it was scheduled over text and is all in writing. This is simply bad business and unprofessional. Don't be shocked if you wait and wait and wait and nobody shows up - apparently that's how they operate

My husband and I needed our roof inspected for our home warranty and found The Roofing Lady. The service she provided was exceptional. We were able to get an appointment with her in a couple of days. We were remodeling our fireplace/fireplace insert area and found we had a decent leak around the fireplace at the flashing in Nov. I had 5 people come and give estimates. The Roofing Lady, Xochitl Arango, was not the least expensive but she was: (1) very thorough, (2) took photos that she showed me what must be fixed and what else she suggested needed to be repaired, and (3) put everything in writing. She was the only one who took photos vs. just telling me what needed to be done - she showed me the issues and problems and didn't shout it down from on top of the roof to me on the ground. She

Excellent work!! I know nothing about roofs and Xoitl came to my house, evaluated my roof, and gave me an excellent, fair price. I checked with several other roofers and some were way too high and after consulting with Xoitl, others were way too low to get the job done correctly. Xoitl was extremely professional and got the job done within 2 days. Wow! She even gave me a discount. Support the roofing lady.
