Massage Therapy By Steve Botuchis
My practice is a therapeutic, clinical, medical massage practice. I am trained in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and a certified practitioner of Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. Massages are tailored to the specific needs of each client. I'm in the business of resolving problems and relieving pain.

My goal is to have clients see me less. Let me explain. If I'm doing my job properly your symptoms are getting better and if you are exercising and doing some retraining exercises I may give you, you will get better and need to see me less. You will see me for maintenance not out of necessity because your problem will have gotten better.

Generally regarded as the most common form of massage, Swedish massage involves a combination of five basic long and flowing strokes and concentrates on the muscles and connective tissues of the body for improved circulation, relaxation, pain relief, and overall health maintenance and well-being. Swedish massage is also one of the less demanding techniques for massage therapists to practice as it usually does not involve deep-tissue work.
Trigger points are termed as hyper-irritable points in the muscle and fascial matrix, which can alter nervous system function. They are also often created by nervous system stress. Trigger points can be anywhere in the body, and can result from a local injury or from one distant from where the injury is perceived to be.
Steve Botuchis is a highly skilled practitioner of EFT having trained with Gary Craig, the founder of EFT and Carol Look an EFT Master. Steve is currently taking on new patients and you can schedule an appointment by calling him at (513) 324-3211 or you can reach him by email at steve@stevebotuchis.com.
In late 2003, as a result of research and clinical experimentation, Tedd Koren developed an improved form of chiropractic spinal care that he now calls Koren Specific Technique. Patients can be more thoroughly analyzed than ever before, with the adjustments holding better and for longer periods of time.
A. Massage therapy is the art of moving the soft tissue of the body for therapeutic purposes. Massage can have a sedative or energizing effect on the body. The massage therapist may use a combination of techniques depending on what your needs are. Lotions and creams are used to reduce friction and increase the comfort of the techniques.

My doctor referred me after a vehicle accident left me with neck/back pain and anxiety. Steve is very knowledgeable and skilled on all of the services he offers and how he needs to approach each body part to get to the root of the pain. Steve is also very profesional and respectful with your body without compromising the quality. There is a noticeable pain relief after every visit. No visit is the same as last since he tailors it to each specific need. I have also experienced the EF Technique that Steve offers to help me with the mental trauma and anxiety of getting behind the wheel after the accident

Steve is highly skilled on multiple levels. I have suffered from neck pain due to a small misalignment. After the first session I saw immediate results. It’s very different than a normal massage. He is thorough and takes his time working on the different muscles that are at the root of the issue. I highly recommend anyone who has back, neck or nerve issues to give Steve a call.

I’m a card-carrying member of the “too much” club. I work too much. I play too much. I’m on my Peloton bike too much. I work out too much. I’m on my computer too much. I drive too much. I do too much yard work. I have too much responsibility. I have too much stress. Finding Steve Botuchis was life changing! I know it sounds dramatic, but I just started getting a monthly massage from Steve and it has allowed me to not only carry on with my “too much” lifestyle, but to feel great and thrive! My 58-year-old body hasn’t felt this great in years!
I don’t have time or desire for a

I have been to massage therapists in Europe and the US and I can say that Steve is simply the best. There is no "routine massage" with him, because he is much more than a massage therapist. Not only does he miraculously fix all your aches and pains, he also brings a wonderful sense of harmony and relaxation to your mind the minute he greets you.

I have struggled with pretty severe headaches and shoulder pain since I had cervical fusion surgery 5 years ago, as a result of 2 completely herniated discs in my neck,. After only 4 visits my neck and shoulders feel the best they have felt in quite some time, and no headaches. Steve is very professional and works hard to get his clients in a healthy state, employing a variety of medical massage techniques. Thank you!

I have been dealing with upper back pain for years. Chiropractic helped, but it never went away. Went to Steve for a therapeutic massage, and have been completely pain free for months now!

I first began seeing Steve a few years ago when I was waiting to schedule a hip replacement. He alleviated the most severe pain and made it possible for me to get through the day without limping.
Since then I've continued to see him regularly to deal with the general aches and pains of an aging and out-of-shape body. He is good at helping both chronic stiffness and the occasional acute discomfort. He works with insight into how to help the body, and does it with good humor.
