Our typical client doesn't enjoy exercise. Every single one though feels better when they leave. Every aspect of our training facility is geared to make your personal training as comfortable as possible while still getting you weight loss, better health and overall more toned muscles. We offer a private fitness training experience by limiting the number of personal trainers and clients allowed to train at the same time.

This differs greatly from other "personal training" facilities in the area as they are designed for the exact opposite experience. You see, we believe there's a difference between making you endure high risk activities to exhaust you, and helping you achieve targeted personal goals. Premier Fitness offers Wichita's finest personal training.

We're a locally-owned, owner-operated personal training group, located in Wichita, KS since 1996. Our staff is our strength: They're selected not just because they're experts, but also because they really love helping out-of-shape people improve their fitness, find their energy, and lose pounds and pain!
I became a personal trainer because I have a God-given passion to help people achieve a greater level of wellness through the use of exercise, nutrition, and better lifestyle habits. I find it very rewarding to see someone learn to discipline his or her body and find the connection it has with the rest of their life.
It's time for a fresh start and a new beginning. Whether you are trying to lose weight, increase your strength and stamina, or just get moving again, a personal trainer can be your greatest ally! Think of our trainers as your personal coach whose only job is to get you in shape in the shortest time possible while having the most fun you can working out.
Group Camp is a 45-minute full body circuit training workout led by a certified Personal Trainer. Each new attendee will be taken through a success session to help establish goals, get baseline measurements and given nutritional guidance to help them reach their goals. The workouts are geared toward a beginner to intermediate fitness level.
Ok, so before anyone says it, I had problems with my editing software and this is an after and before pic. I had reconciled myself to being chronically overweight - but not to having bad knees. I wanted to be stronger/healthier, and I knew that had to be possible, even with my schedule. After our first meeting, I was convinced that the accountability and expertise of Premier Fitness's staff would allow me to be active in.

I am so glad that I chose Chad to be my Personal Fitness Trainer. Chad has a very individualized approach to meet specific workout goals. I have increased my muscle mass everywhere and overall endurance in a very short time. For the first time in fifteen years, I am achieving my fitness and weight loss goals thanks to Premier Fitness. I've always been active, actually athletic in high school, but daily trips to the gym in the past ten years did not achieve results past a certain point. With Premier Fitness' Group Camp, meeting just three times a week, I feel stronger and have attained a weight I haven't seen since the Misery and Dispair diet fifteen years ago. I would, and have recommended Premier Fitness to anyone that wants to see results with a professionally managed fitness program.

I had reconciled myself to being chronically overweight — but not to having bad knees. As a 50-something woman, I just wanted to be stronger and healthier, and I knew that had to be possible, even with my schedule. Premier Fitness has been a positive change for my fitness level. I started with a summer group circuit class that met 3 days a week. I was able to drop 10lbs with the help of a diet change as well. Over the summer it became a positive habit in my life and I have continued on ever since.
The staff and owner Chad Lee really care about you as an individual . The facility is small enough to provide a more personal experience and feels more like family as you see and work out with the same people every week. They notice when someone is missing, which provides that extra level of accountability.

If you're looking for a fitness trainer to help you get into shape, call Chad Lee at Premier Fitness. I'm currently working out at Premier Fitness in a summer group camp class. For a busy working mom the 45 minute class is great and it flies by. I look forward to the classes and I look and feel so much better already.

Chad is an excellent trainer. He does such a great job explaining exactly how to do a exercise so that you are doing it correctly. You can tell he has had years of experience training people. He is easy to work with, easy to understand and has a wealth of knowledge. It was great to work with someone who knows how to do his job well and loves it! I would highly recommend Premier Fitness.

The staff at Premier Fitness is great, and I've been totally pleased with their service - and my results! I'm over 50 and hadn't exercised in years when I started. In the first six months, I lost 25 pounds, dropped two sizes, ran a mile for the first time in my life - and loved it! Their approach is very positive and encouraging.
