Went in to get my hair straightened. Everyone was nice but i noticed when i got home that my hair had severe knots in it and Im not sure what the stylist kept spraying in my hair but when i went to try to detangle my hair I noticed my hair breaking off. I am scared to wash it out for fear my hair may break off worse.

I had an awesome experience here with Esmeralda. Every other stylist I've been to has used their heat tools way too close to my scalp for too long, burning me constantly. Esmeralda knows what she's doing, and for the first time my blowout was pain free! Everyone was very kind and professional. The salon was also being consistently sanitized and everyone was masked, so I felt totally safe. Will be back :)

I have always done my hair myself. However, this time I wanted to dye it blue. After a lot of research, I found out the blue hair like I wanted was going to be hard to achieve, so I decided not to take a chance. I walked in, and everyone was very nice. She had to bleach my hair 2x and color it blue. However, the blue came out like sonic blue and I told her I did not like it. She was very cool about it, and she took the next step to tone it down. It took several steps to achieve the hair I was looking for, and boy I was not disappointed.
