Using computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), crowns can be made in one office visit while the patient waits. I feel those that worked on me did a good job of explaining things and answering any questions I had during this appointment and past appointments. The complaint I have is while there is an attempt being made to have everyone wear masks, one person in the waiting room was not asked to put one on and I know for a fact he is not vaccinated. I feel that is a potential danger to everyone that came in contact with him.

I had broken a small piece off of a tooth a few years ago; it didn't bother me but, I thought I had better get it looked at just to avoid any issues in the future. My wife, who is a patient @ DCfD, suggested I go there.
A crown was recommended, & after 2 hours of drilling & digging, a temporary crown was placed. Once the numbing agent wore off, my tooth was THUMPING!!
It continued to ache for several days, & I wasn't scheduled to have the permanent crown placed for 5 weeks.
I called to inquire about getting my appointment rescheduled for an earlier date.
They didn't call me back.

The staff here is amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and explain things very well. They work with you on a plan to get you where you wanna be and explain the costs for each visit. They're not just really pretty smiling faces, but also intelligent, kind, and caring people! Dr. Kappesser has done a great job so far with extraction, more to come soon... and I'm actually NOT dreading the day of appointment!

Going to the Dentist is never exciting or comfortable but this place is all around amazing. The girls at the desk are super friendly, the Dentist knows what he is doing but most of all Kathy did an amazing job and because of her, I am well on my way to getting my perfect smile.
