We used him once to do a basic carpet cleaning. I asked for an estimate prior to beginning work for 983 sq ft so I can approve the estimate but he did the work without my permission and wanted to bill me $250.00 for a basic carpet cleaning! After explaining that most places charge around $75-125 for a small carpet area, he screamed using profanity saying "cheapa**" and "shove that $$$ up your a**?!" Really?! Wow.....unbelievable. WHAT A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!

Carpets and tile are brand new looking after years of dirt and grim build up. Rob is awesome at his work. He explains the process as he goes with what each cleaner and machine does. I got the best package and im shocked at how much dirt was pulled up. Thanks Rob. Ill be calling soon for the other half of house
