My daughter put an offer in on a house. Rich excepted. Then came the inspection. I will not list all that was wrong with the property but what I will mention is that they were concerning issues a that I would think Rich himself would want should it be he who was buying the home. Daughter asked for the issues to be fixed and Rich terminates her contract. Things that COULD have gone wrong would be, fire,sewer leaking, termites, etc.... Shame on you for not wanting to make sure the house was in good condition for the buyer. Have fun selling it!! You can paint and add carpet, but that doesn't cover

First let me apologize for our tartdiness in offering this note. The day we closed on the house Pam fell and broke her ankle and will be layed up for quite some time ( weeks ). When I asked Rich to come over I was only interested in listing the house. Rich explained the entire process to me and we settled on a listing price.
