AWS removed our front door and side lights, all framing and trim, and replaced with new weather-resistant materials as the old wood and trim were deteriorating. Reinstalled our already new door and the older side lights. Cost was reasonable compared to other quotes and superbly done. We are confident the entryway will be sound for decades. We did not choose the style of the exterior - just wanted something consistent with the style of the house. The result was an elegant simplicity that was by no means bare bones. We didn't mind that it took quite some time for them to work through projects already

Contacted this contractor back in February for a home I had just purchased. They came out for the estimate. I had told them I was leaving for a business trip, and wanted to see if I could get the work done while I was away. The quote arrived after I had left, and did not contain the items as discussed. So I had to wait until I returned to get an update. Fast forward, the roofing side was prompt and professional. The original estimator never provided an updated quote. Kept getting excuse after excuse until almost 3 months later I'm told they won't be able to get to me until September
