Pathways Counseling Center was established in 1985. We are a state certified, outpatient mental health clinic. Services
Families are systems with well-developed patterns, both healthy and dysfunctional, which are utilized to achieve and maintain family balance. When one or more people within a family are having problems, it affects the whole family unit. Marital relationships can affect children. Children and adolescents may experience problems that can create difficulties for the whole family.

Mindfulness creates a different level of intimacy with our loved ones. We learn how to live mindfully - from moment to moment, being "in" the moment. When we're mindful and present, we feel happy, self-validated, recognized, and close to our loved one. Through mindfulness, we can identify how our emotional histories play out in our current relationships.
