Bruce Wagg is a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful resource. In my last interaction with Bruce, I called him and he responded in literally 2 minutes. So impressive. He has an amazing amount of information at his fingertips, and always seems to know how to handle things.
The market for realtors is flooded. I believe the reason is that the barriers to entry for this field are so small. As such, it very difficult to find a dedicated, full-time, career-experienced, practitioner. Bruce is exactly that.
I recommend Bruce without hesitation for your real estate transaction needs.

We just closed on our house today in the Estudillo Estates area of San Leandro and I can't say enough about our Bruce Wagg.
