Hicks Funeral Home directed services for my father and then year's later for my mother. Even though neither of them had adequate life insurance plans, Hicks treated us like they had a million dollar plans. Other places we went gave us one option for the cheapest coffin and no frills. Hicks let us choose from several options, and the day of the services we felt like the staff was part of the family. They care about people and it shows.

I recall Hicks caring for my great-grandmother's funeral at the mere age of 10. Prior to my father's death, he indicated he would prefer Hicks to care for him as well after his earthly passing. Hicks combined professionalism and empathy at one of the most delicate times of my life. It may sound strange, but I feel a connection to the staff and the funeral home itself that I cannot convey. I know it's a service we don't like to think about needing, but if/when you do, without any reservation, I fully endorse Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services to care for you and your loved one in time of sorrow

Do not use this funeral home for any reason!!!! My dad's graveside service was scheduled for 11:00, the entire family arrives together at 10:55 to discover the service had already begun. For the life of me I can't understand how this could happen there was not a single family member there when the service began-these people are complete idiots! Save yourself the heartache use Berry!
