It was difficult to accept paying thousands of dollars for soil reports, which were merely photo copies from existing soil reports done previously in my neighborhood.
When circumstances caused their limited term of validity of their report to expire, Ralph Stone was more than happy to charge me the full amount again for exactly the same report, a mere 6 months later.
The last straw was when they decided to charge me another several hundred dollars, just to stamp and sign the plans they provided, at double the initial expense.
