Spokane Roofing applied a 60 Mil TPO GAF product on our three car garage in December of 2019. Large sized and number of wrinkles appeared gradually in the next month or so. We were told by a Spokane Roofing employee when the roof was first inspected that is was "one of the worst installations" he had seen. Since that point, Jeff Sitton, owner, stated wrinkles are "normal" in winter installations and they will do nothing about it. We were sent a note of apology for any inconvenience and a certificate for dinner out.

Spokane Roofing was not my lowest bid but I chose them because of the confidence I felt with the estimator that was sent out.
My house is 100+ years old, steep pitch with four add-ons, and four previous layers on the front and five on the back.
Tyler and his crew were professional, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Spokane Roofing.

They took off three layers of roofing. and put one one layer fresh and new! so much better! they replaced the vent covers to all match, painted any area of metal around the fireplace that needed it, and even… brought our garbage cans off the street back. above and beyond, truly. now I know my roof is safe, fresh, and pretty. thank you!!!!

Spokane Roofing was great to work with. They were quick to get us an accurate bid and timely in completing the work. We live in Montana and despite managing this project on our rental remotely, it was easy to complete as the company was responsive and detailed in their communication. We used Spokane Roofing this summer to replace our home roof. Nicole came to our home twice before roofing started and was always available by phone. The roofing crew showed up when they said they would and they were always professional. Our new roof looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Spokane Roofing.

This is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. First of all, I live in Seattle, WA and own a rental property in Spokane and due to logistics I decided to use the internet to find a decent company who could fix my roof. Their project manager Nicole never called me not even once, nor did she email me until two weeks later the morning of. On 11/1/2018 at 7:00AM Nicole called me and left me a voicemail that In 10 minutes she was sending out her guys over to my house. By Washington State law I am required to give my tenants reasonable notice at least 24-72 hours for someone to come onto

My new roof installed by Spokane Roofing roof leaks so bad the drywall had to be replaced, along with the carpets and all interior paint.
The owner/operators are extremely rude wimpy little geeks. They do not stand behind their products or services and will screw you big-time if you are unlucky enough to hire them.
Do not expect them to honor any written or verbal commitments.
