This enterprise grade system has 6 dialer modes: Predictive Dialer, Fixed Rate Dialer, Quick Connect Dialer, Preview Dialer, Manual Dialer, and Click to Dial.

Using a pre-loaded list of numbers, SEP quickly and automatically places outbound calls and connects the answered calls to available agents. SEP monitors the call center volume and time per call, intelligently adjusting its dial rate to minimize the time your agents spend waiting between conversations.

Cell Number Identification (CNI) Scrubber, your real-time solution to cell phone scrubbing. FCC fines are $16,000 per violation. If you do not have prior written consent you can't afford not to use the CNI solution. SpitFire Enterprise CNI scrubber interface identifies cell numbers real-time and sends back a result code to SpitFire Enterprise Dialer not to dial the number.
If you already have the SpitFire Enterprise Agent software you will use the "Agent Updater". If you are installing for the agent application for the first time you will download "Agent Installer". The downloads available are for the latest version of SpitFire Enterprise Software and are not compatible with previous versions.
The Spitfire system is a wonderful piece of technology. Very easy to use, efficient and has everything you need to generate business AND train your people to improve while on the phone. Best part about working with them is the customer service. For companies like ours that are not very technologically inclined, having their customer service team available to answer questions and troubleshoot has been WONDERFUL and a must.

We have worked with the OPC people now for over 15 years and we couldn't speak more highly of them in every aspect... Service, value, communication, product efficiency, and genuinely great people to work with.
They've become a larger and more successful company over the last 15 years and I can tell you from experience that they still treat us as a valued and important customer and that is a tribute to who they are as human beings. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review for OPC Marketing makers of the "SPITFIRE" dialing system. I have been in the Call Center business for 30 years. I have seen auto dialers morph from heavy equipment that took up half my office to sleek web based systems. When it came time to evaluate the very newest systems available today I evaluated several different vendors. After much research and evaluating performance, features and of course cost. I CHOSE "SPITFIRE DIALERS" This is an amazingly cost efficient web base system that is PACKED with all the features of systems that are 10X the Price!!! Warren, Michael
