For over 20 years I've been practicing law in the state of California. After receiving my law degree from Humphreys College School of Law in 1995, I've spent over two decades helping clients throughout the Modesto area with a variety of estate planning issues, including probate and estate administration, trust administration and distribution, durable powers of attorney, and petitions for succession.
I also do pro bono work for the Senior Law Project in Modesto. I decided to focus on estate planning because I realized just how many people were in need of adequate legal counsel and guidance so that they could ensure their families could be taken care of when they're gone. My goal is to help set you and your family up for a bright future.

Working in the legal profession is one of the greatest joys of my life, as it's offered me the opportunity to provide legal counsel and support to people when they're going through extremely difficult times. As an estate planning attorney, many of my clients come to me for help when they've lost a family member or loved one.
When it comes to estate planning, I always try to remind my clients that no time is better than the present to begin making preparations for the future. Whether that means setting up a will, a durable power of attorney, a medical directive, or establishing a trust, taking the time to make a plan for the future can not only help you protect your assets, but also help ensure that the needs of you and your family are taken care of.

First impression didn't greet me or shake my hand, but my review won't be based on her mannerism. She really didn't offer much legal advice even after I told her my how dyer my situation was she showed no care in the world. Didn't offer any advice that could help me in my favor or benefit me in anyway. After sitting there silently for a few minutes I just concluded the meeting there was no point of trying to move forward with an attorney that didn't care to represent or help me.
