A Civil Engineer and a Professional Land Surveyor established R&R Engineers-Surveyors, Inc. in 1988. Over the past three decades, R&R has been turning referred clients into repeat customers by providing innovative solutions for civil engineering and land surveying projects. 1996 With the help of two business partners, Doug purchased R&R going from Design Engineer to Principal in 2 years.

I called ten companies for quotes on performing a Land Survey Plat (LSP) due to a property dispute. I spoke to Mark Gabert over the phone. He was very kind and patient. He explained the full process of what to expect from beginning to end, as well as which survey would be needed for court. I was not aware but the survey is filed with the city and it is valid for life. You can have improvement surveys completed, but the LSP will definitively mark the property boundaries and a formal marker is placed.
