We had a few issues in our newly-built home with improper and incomplete installations of both our radiant floor heating and mini-split cooling systems. The builder freely admitted they didn't know why some of these things weren't working, after 6-7 trips out to try to fix it, and several all-day attempts to do so.
Billy and his team came over, and within a half hour identified the cause of every single problem. In 2 trips they fixed the improperly installed radiant heat and mini-split issues, and performed some preventative maintenance that would have led to some other downstream issues had Billy

I have used Territorial for a few years now and I am very pleased with their attentiveness to calls and concerns. They put you on the schedule as soon as possible and they have always been very helpful and show up on time or close to time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I like using local companies for all the services one needs owning a home and they have been excellent for all my plumbing and HVAC needs and preventative maintenance checkups.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this family-owned local company. Last year, we called them out to replace what we thought was a broken heater. Other companies quoted us $10k for a new one and they fixed a part for $50 which earned my loyatly. they installed a new air conditioning unit this summer. While they are busy, they are responsive and caring about their customers.

There are two brothers that do the work. The electrician brother was fine . But the plumbing brother installed a couple of water heaters for us . He was rude, dismissive of my concerns, obnoxious beyond belief. He also treated his helper so poorly, it was awful to witness. One of the furnaces was put in unevenly, and we just found out the other one has been leaking gas . 'Roadrunner' Plumber came and fixed it and said we should be thankful nothing bad happened.
