I started the company almost three years ago cleaning just part time. As our customer base grew, so did the positive word of mouth and online reviews. We've been cleaning full time for the last two plus years and we've been very fortunate to experience continued growth. One of the questions I am often asked is why did I start a carpet cleaning company.

This has been an ongoing trend in homes for the last decade. Even with the downturn economy, homeowners are tearing out their carpet and replacing it with hardwood flooring of some variety.
This is understandable. You paid to have your carpets professionally cleaned just two weeks ago, but unfortunately your dog had an accident while you were at the movies or someone dropped a milkshake in your reception area. I called Damon to see if he could remove pet stains from my carpet that Stanley Steamer had cleaned TWICE and then told me they couldn't remove them - even though they charged me.
Damon and his crew arrived on time and removed the PET STAINS!!! The expectation was (I have light, high quality carpet) was they could remove 90-100% of the stains. I would say they got 99% of them! They did in one visit what Stanley Steamer couldn't do in 2! The price was more than reasonable and they were fast, professional and on time. Thumbs up!
