Trina Miah, owner, and founder of Beauty and the Balayage. With over a decade in the industry, she is B&tB's most experienced stylist, with a wealth of knowledge to pull from. In the hair coloring realm, she is known for her unique brush strokes, which create natural and radiant hues in all hair types.
To accommodate all of our guests, Please allow 24hrs notice for any cancelations. Failure to do so or in the event of a no-show will result in a charge of your missed service no less than 50%. Please be aware, out of respect to other guests, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it is up to stylist discretion if they can still provide the service in the remaining time allowed.

I got partial highlights done and Brooke did an amazingg job!! She made sure to take her time and make sure the highlights don’t look streaky. She did a great job with taking care of my hair while doing the highlights. I definitely would recommend!

This is my first time booking at this salon and I was not disappointed. I got scheduled very fast which I was really happy about. Danielle was my stylist and she did a great job. She listened carefully at what I wanted and worked so fast and so well. She offered other options/ treatments for my hair as well which I liked to know about. She's so nice and welcoming . I would definitely recommend Danielle. The only reason I have 4 stars was the price, but to be fair I had a hair cut, full balayage with blowout and styling, a protein treatment (sorry I don't remember the exact name 😄) and i also

Ellie is amazing!! This was my first time coloring my hair and I struggled with finding a good stylist prior to this but Ellie is fantastic! She made the whole experience super fun and was so full of energy, explained the whole process and gave great recommendations to take care of my hair, and helped me settle on what would look best for me. I'm so so happy with how it turned out & definitely recommend her! The rest of the staff was also super friendly and the environment is so cute and happy - honestly such a great experience!

Trina fixed my hair from a brassy mess to a beautiful, cool blond bayalage with dark roots, just as I asked. She did amazing with all of the color treatments, blending of the colors and styling at the end. The salon itself is clean, nicely styled and pleasant to be in for a few hours. Trina is an amazing stylist and nice to talk to :) very great experience overall.

I was very nervous about getting a balayage since I have virgin hair. Ellie took care of doing my balayage. She was so sweet and has an amazing personality. She made me look like a completely different person. She worked so hard on my hair, even going past salon hours to get it done. We started at 3 and finished at 10pm. My thick horse hair sure gave her a big project. You can tell she loves what she does though. I will be coming back for my toner in a couple weeks and I will definitely come back to her!

My visit to this salon was 10/10 from beginning to end. I made an appointment over the phone with Trina without knowing exactly what I wanted, and she took her time discussing options with me until we reached a style I would be happy with. I have always been uneasy about bleaching but Trina really put the care into my session which left my hair soft, light and healthy. It’s exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was friendly and professional, especially Chloe. Thank you again for making me feel so comfortable and pretty!
