Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I have tried to get a simple maintenance issue fixed through multiple channels and nobody ever gets back to me. I’m spending a lot more on electricity because of it, and I don’t know what to do. They said they scheduled a technician, and no one ever showed up. They don’t care, at all.

Please believe all the bad reviews you see I seen the bad reviews and still decided to give them a try thinking everyone has a different experience...These ppl don’t care about there tenants...I was charged for damages when moving out my whole 1025 deposit was taken plus the charge another 790 dollars..I spoke with Chris one time to let him know I didn’t agree with charges he was supposed to get back with me NEVER did I have been calling and emailing for over a month...these ppl do HORRIBLE business save your self a headache and don’t deal with these ppl...I feel like they have token advantage

I had been trying to find a home as I will be relocating to the area soon. It had been such a stressful and emotional process as I am in Ohio . Amanda was great and informative about all my inquires. She made sure she kept my location the forefront of the search as I wanted to be close to my job. Although I found a home on my own. I wanted to acknowledge the help I received. I am forever grateful!

I have never written a review on google but this was bad enough that it deserved one. Everybody else was right saying they are good until you sign the contract. We have been getting late fees every single day for weeks and are unsure why so are not paying it. I have called every single day for weeks and left messages trying to figure out what it is from but have yet to get a response. The house is nice and for a good price but honestly not worth dealing with them, makes life that much more complicated.

I rented a house with this company for 9 years and in the beginning, it was a good company but in the past few years things have not gone as well. They tried a phone answering service and when it failed there was not any communication. The biggest issue is a lack of communication. I miss the elder Mr Daigle, it was better under him.

This people right here never answer my phone calls, messages, nothing... and when you get in touch with them they keep you waiting until you move
A couple things were broken before we moved in and they still broken after 5 years, dish washer, stove, fridge, microwave, fence, this house is falling apart and they expect rent money every month. I don’t know who to blame, maybe my husband for renting here or the realtor for not helping at all.

(3/8/2019): I am currently renting a house from them in mid city and have been since November of 2018 haven't had any issues with the house it's a great place at a great price. Our old roommate moved out and they haven't had any issues with us and have been really easy going about the search for another roommate. Smooth experience, they gave us a house we give them money, no hassle!
(4/6/2019) Had a small leak in our roof called them that day and with in 48 hours the leak was patched and no hassle. Great smooth experience! Thanks for the fast fix!
