Have you been pulled over and cited with a traffic violation anywhere in Orange or Los Angeles Counties? Unfortunately, it happens every day and is often based on the hearsay of a law enforcement officer. Drivers with a commercial license are often held to a higher standard while on the road. As a commercial driver, you are expected to obey all traffic laws as well as state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the trucking industry. Your livelihood depends on keeping a clean record so you can maintain your job.
Driving without a license is illegal under California Vehicle Code 12500. There are instances where you can drive without a California license as long you reside in another state or country where you have a valid license that has been issued to you for the type of vehicle you are driving. Driving without a license is not the same as driving with a suspended license.
Running a red light is prohibited by California Vehicle Code 21453. This law states that drivers must stop at red lights, may turn right on circular red lights, turn left on circular red lights from a one-way street, and must stop when red arrow signals remain steady. Thus, you can be cited for driving through a red light or arrow as well as making illegal turns.

I strongly recommend Atty Mac Eachern. I needed to help someone with a speeding ticket. I did a search and found RPM Law and took a chance. I was very happy with the result. Atty Ryan Mac Eachern explained the process to me and how he would help fight the ticket. The ticket was dismissed thanks to his work. His fee is very reasonable. His firm uses an online and text system to keep me aware of the next step. I almost showed up to court with no defense and took whatever the judge threw at me instead I called RPM Law. Was skeptical but thought it was worth a shot. They responded right away through a inquiry on Yelp. Asked for some basic info and he was off! Got a court date set and to my surprise a message came through saying "CASE DISMISSED"

I could not be happier with my results! After receiving a traffic ticket Mr. Webster took my case and was so helpful every step of the way. My case got dragged for so long due to COVID and courts being close but Mr. Webster made sure to communicate with me every step of the way.
