Have to beg to get phone calls returned or information about renewal of your insurance policies. When you get in touch with someone it’s like they could care less, guess they don’t need customers because they have lost my business and I will let others know so they don’t have to go through the trouble I have had to deal with. 8-16-19 I received a call from Beth the owner who was very nice and apologetic regarding the problems I had with her agency and was going to talk to her staff to try and correct the problems. I really appreciate her call and believe she seemed like she honestly cared
