I went here growing up, and my mother has gone here for over 20 years, and the haircare is certainly top-notch. However, this salon has lost our business due to a combination of overpricing and disrespect.
My mum came here for $500+ treatments, which she easily could have gotten elsewhere for half the price or less, out of loyalty. She tipped 20-25% every time. And yet, she had several appointments in which extra treatments were added without her consent, and when she pushed back on this, Claire had the gall to say "what, are you having financial problems?"
I've finally convinced her not to go
