No. Police in Dayton, Ohio have a series of field sobriety tests that they use on those suspected of DUI, in an effort to gather additional evidence to support a drinking-and-driving charge. These field sobriety tests are usually conducted immediately; on the side of the road, within minutes after police pull you over.
The Ohio Supreme Court will decide how much more time former Dayton restaurant owner Eva Christian will remain behind bars. The state's highest court has accepted an appeal from the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office and has granted prosecutors' request to postpone Christian's re-sentencing until the supreme court issues its ruling.
Your attorneys primary and initial function is to 'make you a lawyer' - meaning to make sure that you understand everything that there is to know about your case, the evidence involved and its admissibility/reliability, and the human terrain in your particular Court. Ultimately you are the boss, not your attorney, he/she works you, and not the other way around.

Brock is incredible! He's the pro to the pros to say the least. I called him early morning worried about my charges, and a call back that same day to discuss my issue. He told me not to worry, he would take care of everything from here own out, and he was on it ever since. Very attentive and knowledgeable the whole time, you can't ask for a better lawyer

My situation when I contacted Brock was pretty terrible. After I was in a one car accident, I was charged with an OVI. Given the circumstances of the event and my priors, I needed to hire a top-notch lawyer. After speaking with him I knew I had found my lawyer. Throughout the process he thoroughly explained every aspect of the case, answered any questions, and ensured I was at ease.
The outcome exceeded my expectations, to the point I called him afterwards to double-check I had understood the deal correctly since it seemed too good to be true. Simply put, if you want a lawyer that will fight for

Amazing experience with Brock. Very caring and understanding of your situation. I asked so many questions not understanding the process and Brock always stated let me worry about that. I was nervous walking in the court room but once I heard him plea our case my mouth dropped. Watching a State Trooper stutter and not knowing what to say or how to answer everything that Brock pointed out he completed wrong was amazing. I felt confident when walking out. Thank you for great service and getting my case dismissed.

Brock is a phenomenal Lawyer! My family hired Brock just 5 short weeks before my loved one was to start trial on a F1 Felonious Assault of a Peace officer. Brock was devoted, professional, and very strategic on how he was going to try the case. As this case was scary enough for our family Brock made it very easy to deal with. He kept a constant stream of communication, answered any questions that we had, and never blindsided us with any surprises. I have yet to meet an attorney so trustworthy and humbly confident as Brock. If you are looking for an attorney to fight for you or your loved one Brock

Hiring Brock was the BEST decision I made after being charged with an OVI! Due to his vast knowledge and experience in field sobriety testing, he was able to provide me with legal advice and representation that prompted me to refuse the prosecutors offer and eventually have my charge dismissed. Not only did he get my charges dropped he was willing to help me fight this charge in military court. Brock was able to give me, limited, advice on the military portion of this charge and was more than ready to work with the USAF ADC...being that I’m active duty military. HIRE HIM!
