A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
Dental radiographs (X-rays) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Dentists and dental hygienists use this information to safely and accurately detect hidden dental abnormalities and complete an accurate treatment plan.

Nice staff, awesome how quickly they get you in but definitely got rubbed the wrong way with them telling me they have to do an oral surgery to get an old broken off tooth out and the possible complications that could happen obviously due to them digging around quite vigorously and that I have to go home and rely only on IBU for the pain, something that I have a tolerance to being an oilfield worker.. I could see this being the case for a simple extraction but not something that's considered oral surgery...

I mean the dentist was nice or whatever but she kind of messed up my chip tooth. It’s extremely hard to go back there when you live in williston and you have a job and a life! The only reason why I come here is because this the only place in williston that accepts my dental insurance. I wish she can make my tooth aligned it’s truly uneven and I’m so upset I can’t sleep at night! Good luck if you go here...oh I forgot I mean I get the reminder call stuff however it’s too excessive and it irritated me. Remind me maybe once with a text and maybe a call and that’s it.

When I first went, they were great. Got me in quickly and took care of immediate issues. Then they screwed up on one of my teeth and the dentist (who no longer works there) refused to work on it or even see me again for 5 months. Fast forward 5 months and they do not have a full time dentist. They refer people to another dentist out of my insurance network and have no immediate chance of getting a dentist in. Enough is enough. Failure to communicate issues like NOT HAVING A FULL TIME DENTIST is ridiculous.

The staff is super sweet! I have been trying to find someone to file my teeth for over a year! ....No dentist would because they said my teeth would be too sensitive. I saw the dentist here at Joy dental, she said it would be no problem and she filed the front teeth how I wanted and didn't even charge me! Not to mention they're not sensitive at all! They truly love there customers and go over and beyond to make them happy! Thanks JOY DENTAL ! You guys ROCK!

They are great. They work around my frustrating work schedule. The dentist is a hoot to talk to. I am getting my teeth worked on. Something I have been trying to do for 11 years and I feel very comfortable going there.
Had 8 teeth pulled Dr. Is very skilled. I want already eating a hamburger the same day.
