I am writing this review because I feel it is important for others to know of our experience with Siegfried Fuchs and how dishonest and unprofessional he is.
I will note that Siegfried was not our realtor, he was the seller's agent.
We had an accepted offer on the home at 621 SE 21st St, Cape Coral, FL in May. We did not receive a sellers disclosure form for the property and suspected that the roof was nearing its life expectancy. I asked repeatedly as well as our agent what the age of the roof was. Siegfried kept telling our agent he did not know. I called him and also asked and he repeated

I recently bought a house in Cape Coral with Siegfried Fuchs. I have also worked with him in the past on other home purchases in the area. My experiences have been nothing but first rate. We met Siegfried 9 years ago after moving to Cape Coral. After being in the real estate business for 21 years up north, I knew Siegfried was honest, professional and great with whom to look at houses.
