My sister has Emerald clean for her and her family. I happen to be in town staying with them and I couldn't help but notice how the Owner/manager treats her staff. The week before last she, and two of her staff members were over cleaning and the one girl was cleaning the kitchen and moved away from the area she was cleaning to get a different… chemical and the owner instantly snapped at her and told her she "needed to finish one area before moving to the next".... However the poor girl wasn't even done with that area...she was just getting a new chemical...I over heard the owner "nit-picking
