When outdoor temperatures fluctuate with the seasons, the underground temperatures do not. Four to six feet below Earth's surface, the temperatures remain constant 58 degrees. Geothermal System, which typically consist of an indoor unit and buried earth loops, used the earth's basically constant temperatures to provide you with "free energy" for your home.
Have you ever wondered how clean the air is inside your home? We spend 75-90% of our time indoors and polluted air causes 94% of all respiratory problems. The Environmental Protection Agency has reported that indoor air pollutions levels can be 100 times higher than the air outdoor.
With each person inhaling over 3,500 gallons of air each day and over 50% of illnesses are caused or aggravated by polluted indoor air, it's more important then ever to ensure clean indoor air quality.

Hydronic Radiant Floor Heating systems are designed to supply heat directly to the floor panels in your home's floor and deliver heat directly from the hot surface resulting in a more efficient form of heating. Radiant floor panels maintain stable temperatures throughout the system, which also provide a more comfortable home environment.
Selecting the right heating and cooling equipment for your home can be confusing. Beware of contractors that may try to sell you Geothermal Systems with more capacity then you need. Even though more capacity sounds like a good thing, a system that is too big for your home will heat and cool too quickly leading to short cycling.

Contacted this company to come inspect an existing geothermal unit in a house we had under contract and Larry spent less than 10 minutes there and said the unit was running up to par but was older than told to us by the seller, also where the filter was located and that it needed to be changed. When our inspector followed him to look at the unit he discovered there was no filter and that the unit was 100% clogged with debris! When questioning Larry about missing them his response was “ok thanks” then, after asking again “sorry I got to talking and forgot to look.” He missed a crucial finding
