Critical: Reliability, Responsiveness
I really like the vet but it can be frustrating trying to get an appt. Just recently called and the front desk was not caring at all. She said they couldn’t get my dog in for almost a week even though she was sick. She recommended I take her somewhere else to be seen sooner.

Dr. Hubbard took a lot of time with my 5 new puppies examined them very thoroughly and answered all my questions and some questions I didn't even know I had. He stayed late after closing to make sure they were taken care of. You can tell he truly enjoys his profession and takes a lot of pride in doing things right.

Dr. Hubbard is amazing! Our two English Bulldogs can be quite a handful and he is absolutely amazing with them. Their prices are extremely reasonable, but they provide too-notch care. Previously, we went to another top-rated vet in the Cincinnati area that was 3x the price and honestly we prefer Bright Vet Clinic. We were recommended from a family member and now refer all of our friends and family here!

They worked us in with our sick toad. Was very compassionate and caring for a stressed out pet parent. When the medicine leaked and we needed more they were quick to refill so she didn't do without. Thank you Doctor Hubbard especially for caring for Tulip. She is showing signs of improvement and we can't thank you enough.

There is no better vet than Dr Hubbard and his staff is always kind and efficient. Hubbard always goes above and beyond and never gives up, even on cases that seem hopeless. I won’t take my pets anywhere else. He has saved so many of my exotics and saved my rooster when aviary specialists told me to put him down. He didn’t give up and saved him. He is kind and determined. And his staff reflects that as well. Always great service!

The clinic I have gone to the last 40 yrs closes at 1 on Saturday. I came home at 1;30 to find my 14.5 yr old dog must have had a heat stroke. I was devastated and called my vet. The vet on call called me back and told me I needed to take him to an open clinic. I was shocked. I then called Bright at a little after 2 and the staff was so sweet. She… told me to get him there as soon as possible. They wanted to try and help him but I knew it was time and he had suffered enough and had lived a long happy life. I will now go to Bright in the future. I think they have gained some additional patients
