Last week Dave from J&J Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets, He arrived right on time & I showed him the 3 areas we needed to have cleaned. But when he saw that 2 other areas could used a little touching up he told me he'd take care of those small areas at no extra charge. I was so pleased with the very conscientious job he did. Dave was prersonable & professional & did an above & beyond carpet cleaning for us. I have used the Chem-Dry method for years & will continue to use J&J only. Thanks J&J & Dave.

J & J Chem Dry recently cleaned 6 of our oriental rugs. The price was quite reasonable compared to other companies I got estimates from. The rugs look beautiful--the colors are so vibrant. The customer service is excellent. They kept in touch with us to let us know when they would be picking up and delivering and always responded quickly to our questions. My husband and I are very happy with the service and the results. We highly recommend this company!

Love this company! Their customer service is top notch. They are professional, curteous and consumer oriented with a personal touch. The owner, the office staff, the techs that serviced my home; each person I dealt with went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Terrible, terrible service. The cleaning truck stopped working in the middle of cleaning. it took more than two hours for another truck dispatched to come in to finish the job. And guys recommended the cat urine solution treatment and i used the service. But the next morning the cat peed right over the treatment area, I called the company to ask why the solution does not work and they said they would call me back. A guy called me back and said I should keep the cat out of the area for 7 days. But the cleaning service man never told me that. He said they can reschedule to re-clean the area. I made
