A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. I had no communication from front desk about the dentist being behind whatsoever. She also took over an hour to verify my insurance. I worked in the health field. It doesn't take that long. I also wasn't asked if I had changed insurance (I hadn't been there in 3-4yrs) so she could verify it before the appointment. All things you are trained to do to keep things professional and moving quickly for the patient and the back office team. Front desk also took personal call during work and was quite rude when I had told her I would be going somewhere else stating "you'll be doing

This place is ridiculous! The receptionist is very unprofessional and how sad she is the face of the office, the first person you see. She is very rude and you can tell she picks and chooses which patients are worth the effort. She acted like she took my temperature but did not do so and she allowed patients in without masks. I didn't even fill out any forms for the pandemic like EVERY other health care office. The ONLY reason I give this place the 3 stars I have is because of a little blonde girl who did my x-rays. She was amazing! She explained everything and that it might be uncomfortable

Been going here for years, front ladies are so kind, easy going and professional. Got fillings here, xrays, braces and wisdom teeth removed.
I am not enthusiastic about dentists but Dr. David did an excellent job with my fillings, he was quick and the treatment was comfortable. Xrays are quick.
braces treatments was good. I had them for two years w/ monthly payments. My orthodontist made sure I was always progressing with my teeth + had a great attitude. I do not remember his name, but he is an old white fellow, very kind and wise.

Abc dental is a tremendous facility, I've gotten work there a few times & I was very pleased with their work! Dr Aung is nothing less than remarkable, Liz at the front desk made me feel welcome & all of the other staff was friendly & very professional. I'd recommend the service to everyone in the visalia area.

I decided to go to this location because a friend recommended it. My apointment was at 10am, I was in the back area by 1030, and left the office by 11:15. I left with only my xrays done, because they only scheduled 1 hygienist who had to take her lunch by the time I needed my teeth cleaned. Instead of wasting my time and promoting the new type of braces you are offering, you should of been cleaning my teeth!! I was told I had to reschedule..excuse you!!! I shouldn't of been scheduled the first time around her lunch break..I work full time, my days off are precious!! What a waste of time and

They deserve zero stars! My mom had the worst experience ever. The employees were rude. They left her in the room for so long that she thought they forgot about her. After waiting over an hour, the dentist attempted to put someone else's crown in her mouth. Then, when they finally found the right crown, it was whiter than white. They didn't even attempt to match it to the surrounding molars. Needless to say, she won't be going back.

This is the third time I have been rescheduled for a cleaning. Had appointment at 3, waited 45 min only to find out that there is only one hygienist and they scheduled 4 people for the same time. Please explain to me how this makes any sense. I wouldn't be as upset if not for the fact that his is the third time I have taken time off work to come try to get this done. Not coming back.

I would not recommend this place. my husband went for his first appointment and since his appointment was a late appointment they didn't finish his cleaning they only did a visual and told him to come back for the xl eaning and for the filings. when he came back for his filings they told him to come back for the cleaning next time because it was late. I don't know about them but my dentist will go home when he's done with what you came for that day. Rediculous to tell people to come back.

I've enjoyed my experience with this dentist so far. I've had a cleaning and a filling replaced and am about to get a crown. Everyone in the practice has been professional and kind. The hygienist was efficient and did a great job with my cleaning. I was weary of this practice at first because I haven't seen or heard any reviews but since I have a dental HMO I didn't have much of a choice and have been pleasantly surprised so far.
