Tamara is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is board and nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers (NCBTMB), as well as an insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Tamara moved to Arizona 9 years ago, to expand her mobile massage therapy practice.
Tamara was professional and a great massage therapist to have for my bachelorette weekend in Scottsdale. Everyone was relaxed and happy! It was my mother's 90th Bday and My father decided he would surprise her with a massage! Not only was Tamara a true professional, she also took the time to make sure my mother was comfortable and relaxed before the massage began!
For your convenience I offer instant online gift certificates. Before purchasing a gift certificate, please text/call 860-857-6957, to ensure that the person you are purchasing for lives within my 20 mile travel radius. If they live within 21-30 miles, an additional $25 travel fee will need to be added to the total cost.
I try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your session to have paperwork filled out and set up to start on time. If you would like the paperwork emailed to you prior to your session to have ready upon my arrival, please let me know when booking. You will be respectfully draped by a sheet at all times, with only the specific area being worked on uncovered as the massage proceeds.
I am currently booking between 7 to 14 days out. Please request the date and time you are interested in, and I will let you know if that is available or offer alternative options based on availability. Please note, the fastest form of scheduling is via text, as I am in and out of session. If you would like to speak on the phone, please leave me a voicemail.

Tamara fixed my chronic back pain! I’ve never had a massage therapist who worked with thoroughness and gentle depth in so many important places. My calves, hips, and psoas felt all new after my second massage. If I was local I would invest in long term care with Tamara. Her hands are knowing and strong. Thank you!!

Our massage was great, good communication. We had them done at our condo during our vacation and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had a sugar scrub with massage and she did great with an enjoyable amount of pressure that met our expectations. We will be back and be using Tree of Life in the future.

My family and I came into town for the week and after spending 4 days in the car my back was a mess. I found Tamara on google and she fit me into her schedule. She came to my hotel room and arrived right on time. She did an AMAZING job and I was mush by the end. I will definitely book with her again when we come back to AZ.

Tamara is an extremely professional massage therapist. she was instrumental in helping me recover from a broken femur last spring she was always on time for our appointments and was very caring and insightful over the process of my recovery. Tamara has been working on me for a couple years now. She can go as deep as needed but has a sensitive touch and is very skilled in reading my body's needs. She has helped me immensely to release chronic tension and in maintaining a more relaxed muscle tone in between our monthly appointments. She is always on time and professional. I recommend her without hesitation.
